Got the same thing, but I never had infrareds, so I don’t know which color is which. As you said, not super noticeable (hard to get in pics), but it’s definitely different. Also, slight differences with the Insole, Nike Air stitching on the back, and cut of the shoe.
Left is a more muted Red and matches closer to the lace lock/spoiler. Right is a darker more vibrant Red.

Yeah, it's supposed to be more pronounced. Saw them in hand in at FTL on the wknd and wasn't impressed with the indent. They tried, kudos for that, but they failed. That was the only feature I was really excited about on these.

Top pair is slightly lighter, and even then it doesn't show in every pic.
In some of them they look too close to tell, but in the first 3 I can see it.

Shape on the lighter colored pair looks a little more sleek for me. Nike Air stitching is cleaner as well…stitching on the darker pair looks shaky on“AIR”, and the “R” specifically doesn’t come all the way down at the end. Like they just stopped short.
That said, my darker pair has nicer QC — which is something that’s been happening to me for awhile now. Seems like everytime I get a pair that has more of an OG cut the QC is questionable

That said, the darker pair has better QC regarding glue/paint, which has been happening to me for awhile now. Feels as if every double I get the one with the more OG cut had a messier assembly. Like it’s a trade off.

Nailed it bro.. top is lighter and even in person it's slightly easier to spot but it's not a hard difference.
DripDrop
is also hitting on some things I noticed. The lighter pair has a better overall shape and stitching.. darker pair still good but not as good. Same bro, lighter= sleeker more OG shape etc. darker= not as much. Check out the pics above.. esp the top down toe. 2nd one is the darker pair. I'm mad close to keeping that one because I have 2 pairs and would like a darker red pair but shape is kinda meh.

None of these pictures belong to me, I just love this shoe so much, that I wanted to post some beauty shots of them, on here. I’m happy that a lot of purists hate these, because of them not having 3m, and because of the infrared being more present on the side.
Therefore I could double up with ease. If you’re a fan of the clear soles on 5’s, 6’s, and 11’s, these are a must have. These definitely turn heads, when they’re worn the right way. These are highly underrated, because a lot of people bash them, but those same people, will look at them for long periods of time.
You can nit pick, and compare them to the OG’s all you want, these are just a good looking 6. It’s crazy how everybody went crazy for the Wolf Grey 5’s, and those have a Jumpman on the back of them. I’m team Nike Air on the back of my retros. I’m just happy that people are sleeping on these.

I dont really think these were hated or slept on. They just made a ton and the people that wanted them, got them. Im ok with the point of view from purists. I may be in that category and I think these are great. As I have said before, these should not be compared to the OG.
