Bazardo has been solid in this spot all season, so I can see the rationale. I guess the question would then be... should it have been Munoz? But then again... why doubt Baz.

Only reason for me is Baz was already out there yesterday and it's Game 7. Whoever you think is solid, put your better option out there.
Dan thought he could get away with it and in baseball you usually can but when you don't it looks bad, especially in game 7

Trying not to think negatively rn. Anyway I think they should try to resign Naylor but hard to say what he'll be offered on the open market. They were that close to the WS so hoping they do work in the off-season to improve the squad and add a piece or two.

If anything, these past few games emphasizes that they need to bring Naylz back.

Doesn't guarantee anything but my guess is the bargain buys or trades will happen again because the money is flowing anyways and going further than this isnt a priority

They HAVE to spend, or else this is it. Might as well just stop rooting for them. They are firmly middle of the pack and rose up this season. If ownership doesn't see the returns on a full playoff run and doesn't pay, it's no use rooting for them next season. The Dodgers are winning in 4 anyway, so, the Mariners avoid total embarrassment as they build up.
