I don’t think I’ve ever used a single one either. Heaven forbid you could use them on something *worthwhile*, like a pair of Jordans. Gee what a concept.

Does anyone ever actually get an in app notification that they they won and need to confirm. I win and then it sais I didn't claim in time but I never get a notification to claim it and they are all on!

Half the time the notification is completely wrong. It’ll tell you it’s an L but if you open the app it’ll be a W that you need to confirm. If it’s a shoe you really want, best thing to do is set your own reminder and always check regardless of what the notification says. If it’s a big hyped release make sure you log in a few minutes before they announce the winners.

Yea the confirming thing never made sense to me. Especially since there’s no confirmation for the ship to me. That’s why I never bother with in store, I always do ship to me only.

Is it possible to use the SNKRS and FTL apps on a pre-iOS 16 device? They keep telling me that I need to update the app, but I can't download the update since my phone doesn't support iOS 16.

Hello all. Can anyone tell me if they are having issues logging in to footlocker or champs apps? It keeps giving me an error code saying email and/or password not recognized 401.110002 I know I’m entering the correct credentials. Is it an issue with the apps? Thanks for ur help

I've had that issue, what fixed it for me was i reset my password and uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. See if that works for you.

Trying to enter on FTL and it makes me verify my number, but that doesnt work and says its in use in another account. Both FTL and CH won't let me update shipping in my account and I can't enter a ship option for Champs.. I deleted and reinstalled my app but has not helped (FTL).
Now I get a message saying I tried to many times.. wait a few days smh. I hate these apps.
