Just got my Soleplay shipping confirmation a little bit ago, too. Was never even worried about it. In all these decades I’ve bought hundreds of shoes, I think I’ve had an order cancelled exactly once. Never even crosses my mind to stress when I don’t get shipping details for a few days. The shoes always show up.

Low heat setting, and don’t sit there with it on the hologram. Pass the hair dryer back and forth to avoid the hologram overheating.
Fog will come back, but it’ll be good for a wear or two (depending how long in between wears), then just do it again before the next wear.

The new pair's hologram is going to do the same thing with time. It's not specific to a certain retro.. that's just what happens with the holo on these similar to clear soles on V and VI's and the gel Penny symbol on the tongue of Foamposite Ones.

Soleplay order touched down while I was at work. May have to double up on these. Excellent job. Haven’t had these since the OG’s in elementary.

There is a cause and effect to why Soleplays customer service is nonexistent.
-Most customer service people are people pleasers. If there not doing a good job then they might be burned out from the negativity from bad management or other departments not doing there duties.
-Some customer service people are told to lie or not be transparent because of the greed from owners. Therefore they lie to you on purpose or ignore you intentionally.
-There’s a domino effect if the negativity or pressure gets to them; some use a lot of sugary drinks that’s causes mood swings, alcohol or pill abuse, or cavities (Footlocker had many people at the dentist) and end up missing time on the job. Some get lonely and end up romancing colleagues on the job and not answering calls/emails. Some will even need a leave of absence to get therapy which overwhelms there colleagues.
-Some companies blame customer service for there failures and customer service reps leave and they end up being short staffed.
By the way people on this board have said Soleplay doesn’t have a warehouse. Not sure how true that is.

My playoffs are already fogged 3 years later and I store my stuff well in a temp controlled basement with little sunlight. I’ve worn them once for a couple hours lol
