Got to play at the Town Hall in may-definitely the most legendary venue I’ve ever played at. It’s a national+nyc historic landmark-they changed the name of the street in between 6th n broadway x 43rd to town hall way in honor of the venue. duke, monk, bill evans (and more) all played and/or recorded live albums there. Was trippy being at the piano on that stage man

Just FYI, that’s his brother on the Conga…
Went him to see him live - man, Vena, Elijah, Rocco along with Yussef’s chemistry is unmatched. The energy was was at level. Wish I could post a video on here. They’re finishing up the world tour - I believe they’re in China right now.
