Nah he has. He tried Flip and Mona once a week for like 2 months for a reason. He bought into ppl saying they couldn’t coexist and just realized that’s just Mona talking too much.
Same time he realized Ish and Ice slacking so he started alternating them. Ice really was ******* up chemistry with the weird Flip interactions so he brought in B. Dot to see if he could do what Ice is supposed to do better. Joe talked about it in the Rewind that Ice ain’t really talking about **** when it comes to music anyway.
If ppl clash over topics that’s fine. Parks and B were talking about musicality. Joe will encourage that. Plus it ain’t like Parks talks that much anyway. Ice keeps acting like he gonna do something when Flip tells the same jokes Joe and Marc tells. That clashing was killing the vibe. It didn’t help that Ice just doubled down when asked about it on Rewind.
Honestly, if Ray Daniels wasn’t doing his own thing I’m pretty sure Joe would’ve been put him on the main pod after all the patreons he been in.
I forgot where else Joe said it, maybe when he was doing interviews and answering a question about Mel but he said it more than once that he envisions a day where everybody moves on and he gets other ppl on the pod (not Parks tho). Same time he also said he sees himself doing this for another 10 years.
Flip gonna be completely with it, Joe gonna slip in that he’s keeping all of this in the ep, and Ice gonna be begging for it to be taken out.
He had already said he regretted coming at Flip that way on Rewind.
