Blue pair is best. If I strike out I will just remind myself I already have Military Blues and keep it moving... and yes I know they are a completely different shade of blue.

TL;DR if you went to the DLX SF drop before 9am opening yesterday, you were getting at least 1 pair (likely your size too), despite the long lines. Over 500+ pairs in stock.
Ended up going to the DLX event yesterday morning. Decided to go since their IG post highlighted the partnership with JB for all star weekend, so I figured stock might actually be decent. Ended up being a smooth experience.
- lined up before 6am, store opened at 9
- security did pretty well in enforcing lines despite reseller nonsense up front
- wristbands handed out before 9 (# 198 ) and checked out before 11am
- saw others I knew in the back of the line telling me to double up, as wristbands were still being handed out and they were going for it themselves
- dropped off my pair in the car, slightly changed clothes, and hopped back in line (# 485)
- checked out an hour later, with size 10 being the largest size left by noon
- despite what you may have seen online, there was at least 500+ pairs to go around. If you showed up before 9am, you were definitely getting a pair (size TBD)
- understandably so, if you saw the line and you came from far away, you might have thought it was a wrap

I ALWAYS prefer blue over green in general, but there's something about the green that I like more. Maybe it's b/c the blue look so much like the Military's that, other than the improved comfort, the blue ones seem to have very little reason to exist...at least in my collection. Maybe it's b/c they almost look like a knockoff MB with the wrong shade of blue...hmm....

this is the reason why im putting more emphasis on the nigels.
pine greens were special too though. the cream leather complimented the green, the red hits and the gum sole. super cohesive.

Lol yea, this is literally the only time in history that green looks better than blue on a shoe.

They were initially supposed to. Haven't asked recently, but it wouldn't shock me if JB pulled the rug again.
