Taylor Swift

Really didnt know much about her until about 3 years ago when my now 7 year old got into her. She's a freaking monster. She now holds the top 2 albums in the US, one is 19 years old and one is 5 years old, all bc she finally was able to buy her masters and her fanbase will now listen to them again after swearing them off bc her dispute with the old label. That's nuts. She's the biggest artist I can remember. Maybe Michael back in the 80s but I was young. I can't think of anyone else even close. Not the biggest fan of her music but she seems like a great person and I'm cool with my daughter being a huge fan.

Oh I'm not here to argue her music, just really remarking on just how massive she is. For a long time I thought it was just a bunch of 16 year old girls. Its not. It started that way but those 16 year olds are now 36 with their own kids and both generations of women/girls listen to her religiously. Nobody does numbers like her, its wild.
