I just came up on these Reebok Shaq Attack/Attaqs while rummaging through my garage.

I was rockin' these joints when I was in 8th grade!!! I distinctly remember NEVER wearing them for fear of getting them dirty, then I grew out of them.

As you can see...they're in great shape still. I just can't believe I found these things. I thought they were loooooooooong gone. Ma-dukes must'veput them on tuck for me way back when.

Damn...I have had these shoes for 17 years! My oldest pair!

Very nice

. God, Reebok needs to retro so many shoes. They shouldn't screw with the cushion because it was solid before, and some of the recentmaterial/comfort (and even colorways) has been piss poor compared to the originals. Like the Answer IV's. Such good OG colorways and the comfort was solid,then they come out with those retro's and the colorways put me off immediately. I didn't care for that ugly little strap either that they added.

Naw...no fighting here. I definitely won't fit into them anymore. These are size 8's. Now if you mean that they'll put up a fight with me selling them, well.....you might have a point there. These would be tough to part with for sure.

I found my pair of Purple KB8 II's I had in HS for gym...I barely wore them, Cause rocking older kicks wasn't the "cool" thing to do in 2000.I'm not talking about retros...I'm talking about kicks that were 1-2 years older and such for that year.

They're soaking in a mixture of rubbing alcohol, oxyclean, & detergent as I speak. Tryna disinfect those joints before I start the restoring process.

Yeah those were dope! My younger brother had them when I was a HS senior. I wore them during lunchtime B-Ball....lot's of comfort

EDIT: Those Shaq toys definitely take me back. I think I have the home version "2 hand slam" still in the package.

Even if Reebok do turn them out again, they may not be able to keep the Shaq logo. The Pump will probably be inferior along with the cushioning.

Some things should just be left alone if they can't be done properly.

Man, cleaning that little "window" near the midsole was such a pain! I remember a lot of people hated the look of the shoe. And now,it's one of the rarest Kobes. Only true Kobe fans picked those up (which is why I have the blk/blk pair)

Yeah it was pain! My brother cleaned that window a bunch of times but it got dirty very quickly. He finally gave up when it started to getyellow

I think there was talk about this model getting retroed but I guess it was just an idea.
