Does anyone know what on Earth these are?

I picked these up from an Estate sale and they were picked up in Mexico years ago. They are really flimsy, I would say low overall quality, but given the Nike plant has been down there for decades, I was not sure. Note; they have "GALAXY 28" under the felt liner embossed inside on the sole. I thought maybe Galaxy Universal Shoe Company, but they never show that they made any Nike soles, or collaboration..

Does anyone know what the heck these are, they are actually pretty sharp looking , but assume they are some sort of fake, or unsanctioned Nike promo?

Pretty pretty sure that these aren't a legit Nike model.

I definitely would agree, but was wondering if anyone out there has seen these before. I suppose that they are just "custom" Nike shoes.. LOL. I do indeed think the Edition Limitada is a nice flair. Still, I have searched deep for any images, references anything about similar. In this day and age , and the web size, I figured I would see a reference to them.. Thank you for commenting , appreciated
