How can I post pictures?

So ever since I got my S21+ I have not been able to post pics....I can post gifs....but pics are a no go. The following message comes up : "Oops we ran into some problems file is too large to load" . Why is this and how can I get it fixed....I have to flex my new pick ups b...

There is a maximum size limit on photos you can upload to NikeTalk.

You can reduce the size of your files by resizing them, or you can host them on a different service and them add them to your post by tapping the insert image button, then pasting the link to your image in the address bar.
