One of the best and most niche OGs. The color mattered and the shape matters.. if they sky blue these.. pass.. if the shape is poop.. pass.

Did the lows ever come out in 99? I can't remember anymore.. I know these were rare but I only remember them as a high.

Yes, around August. The high I believe was an Eastbay exclusive late in 1999.

Yes, the lows were a general release. I don't remember the exact date but I think they were a summertime shoe in 1999. The last 3 pairs of the XIVs were low tops (Laney's, Carolinas and Gingers)
