Help with info on a pair of Adidas Y-3

Hello! I found this pair of Y-3s and was wondering if anyone could help me with a little more info. Based on the tag, I know they were produced in 2005. I THINK the name of the model might be the Field but I really can't find anything definitive online. Were these released in the US? The only similar models I can find online seem to be located overseas. And I've tried looking up the Art. No. and nothing meaningful seems to pop up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
